Expect a fun, upbeat, and body positive class that will get you up, moving and smiling while you sweat! Each class will include a warm up stretch, fast paced belly dance workout to challenge your balance, build core strength, and improve your endurance, and a cool down and stretch. You'll leave class feeling energized and accomplished. No previous dance experience necessary.  Dancers looking to cross train and improve dance stamina are welcome!


Five week class session, $85

Private and Small Group Lessons


Private lessons are a great way to work on a specific aspect of your technique, polishing a choreography, or working on a specific prop or style intensively.  Sephira provides constructive feedback in a gentle and supportive manner.  


Sephira also writes choreography for individuals and small groups that can be learned in private lessons.  Private and small group (up to 4 students) lessons are available at $60/hr, plus the cost for studio rental (if applicable).
